この作品は通して強烈なアヴァンサウンドが堪能できますが、ブレイクビーツと乾いた打楽器などが独特のポリリズムな音像が垣間見える"Facedance"はセルビア〜旧ユーゴスラビアの地下音楽が世界に発信する最もダークなSynth Wave。
知る人ぞ知る作品ではありますが、コンピレーションだったり、ブートレッグが出ています。また、近年リリースされた未発表音源も非常にクオリティ高く素晴らしい。
This is the first album by Mitar Subotić, a Serbian-born musician who has used different names such as Suba, Rex Ilusivii. From underground music to major Brazilian hits around 2000 before his death in 1999. He also participated in "Edson Natale - Nina Maika", which has been on the rise in recent years.
This album has a strong avant sound throughout, but "Facedance" is unique polyrhythmic soundscape of breakbeats and dry percussion, is the darkest synth wave from the underground music of Serbia and former Yugoslavia.
Also his unreleased material released in recent years is also very high quality and excellent.
