スウェーデンにおけるインド音楽を演じたグループRasaにもベーシストとして参加していたMikael Lammgårdとフォーク関連で作品をリリースしていたボーカリストGunnel Derningが共に制作したおそらく唯一の作品。
サイケフォークといったカテゴリに当てはまるかと思うが、それだけでは言い尽くせない味わい深い作品。"Kundalini"は、優しいタブラとGunnelの牧歌的なボーカルワークがフォークミュージックを思わせるが、中盤からドラムマシーンとエレクトリックギターが炸裂するプロトハウスのような驚く展開に。"Den Jag Är"はマリンバの音色が優しいソフトロック。"Vi Är Havet"は中盤のラテンパーカッシブなブレイクに驚くサイケデリックファンク。
This is probably the only album produced by Mikael Lammgård, who also played bass in Rasa, a group that played Indian music in Sweden, and Gunnel Derning, a vocalist who has released works related to folk music.
This is probably the only album they ever made together. It fits into the psychedelic-folk category, but it's not enough to describe it. Kundalini", with its gentle tabla and Gunnel's pastoral vocal work, is reminiscent of folk music, but it takes a surprising turn into proto-house, with drum machines and electric guitars exploding in the middle. Den Jag Är" is soft rock with a gentle marimba sound. Vi Är Havet" is a psychedelic funk with a Latin percussive break in the middle.
