Valerio Gallo Curcioという人物がVagalという名義で結成した作品。Franco Bonfantiも参加している。いわゆる日本のNHKのような存在のイタリアンライブラリーのレーベルNuovo Repertorio Editoriale等にも作品を残している二人。
スカスカしたフュージョンのようにも聞こえるがかなりアレンジが凝っていて通して楽しい。
ドラムも打っているがリスニング的な感じかも。ジャケも素晴らしい。
This album was formed by Valerio Gallo Curcio under the name Vagal, and also features Franco Bonfanti. The duo has also released works on Nuovo Repertorio Editoriale, an Italian library label that is like Japan's NHK.
It sounds like a scuzzy fusion, but the arrangements are quite elaborate and enjoyable throughout.
The cover is also great.
