全編通してレゲエの作品ですが、Mek A Moveは、"McFadden & Whitehead - Ain't No Stoppin' Us Now"を意識させる、アダルトなメロディーにヘビーな打ち込みがハウス的にも使える素晴らしいトラック。

The entire album is reggae, but "Mek A Move" is a great synth boogie track with an adult melody and heavy beat, reminiscent of "McFadden & Whitehead - Ain't No Stoppin' Us Now".
